Scope of the Terms

These Terms govern the ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaint procedures for products purchased through www.vivawalkbarefoot.me.

The purchaser ("Customer") is any visitor who selects one or more products, places them in the shopping cart, submits an order, and pays either by Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer.

Products & Prices

All products available through the Store are described in accordance with their published product information.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.

Ordering

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Once an order has been confirmed, it is considered binding, except where cancellation rights are provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

If certain products become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will ship the available items and notify you by email or telephone.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Montenegro using trusted courier services.

Orders are delivered to the entrance of the delivery address provided by the Customer. For apartment buildings, the courier is required to deliver only to the building entrance unless otherwise agreed.

Typical delivery time is 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer if:

  • the ordered products are temporarily unavailable,

  • the order is placed during weekends or public holidays,

  • or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping is free of charge.

For exchanges or returns, a €4.00 shipping fee applies.

Customers may also arrange local pickup by prior appointment.

Upon delivery, the Customer must sign the delivery confirmation as proof of receipt.

If a Customer refuses delivery without valid reason, Viva Walk Barefoot reserves the right to recover any shipping and handling costs incurred.

Payment

Orders may be paid using one of the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer, using the payment instructions provided after order confirmation

Complaints & Warranty Claims

Customers may submit complaints regarding purchased products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

When receiving your package, please inspect it in the presence of the courier.

If the package shows visible signs of damage (such as tears, crushing, or other shipping damage), you are not required to accept delivery. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange an appropriate solution.

Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Montenegro, Customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing a reason.

If the delivered product does not match your order, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your package.

The Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a clear written statement by email or other accepted communication method.

The withdrawal form is available on our website.

Returned products must:

  • be unused,

  • be undamaged,

  • include the original packaging,

  • include the original receipt,

  • include the completed withdrawal form.

Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Once the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made only to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or where the return results from our error.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.

Personal information is used only for processing orders, returns, warranty claims, and other services requested by the Customer.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials—is the property of Viva Walk Barefoot or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Customer Reviews & User Content

Customers are welcome to leave reviews and communicate with us through the website.

We reserve the right to remove content that:

  • is offensive or abusive,

  • promotes hatred or discrimination,

  • contains false information,

  • infringes the rights of others,

  • or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Impersonation or registration using another person's email address is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Descriptions & Images

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and photographs accurately represent the products offered.

However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing changes, monitor settings, or photography.

If the product you receive materially differs from its published description, you may return it in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal policy.
