Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver every order quickly, safely, and reliably.

All orders are shipped by courier to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Shipping is free on all orders.

For product exchanges or returns, a shipping fee of €4.00 applies.

You can pay for your order by:

Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment upon delivery.
Bank Transfer – using the payment instructions provided after your order has been confirmed.

Customers may also choose to collect their order in person by prior arrangement regarding the pickup time and location.

Card payment is available for in-store pickup.
